What counts as a person?
Anyone with app access or an MCP key. The customers your agents talk to never count.
How does credit work?
Included credit resets on the first and does not roll over. Purchased credit lasts 12 months. Auto top-up is on by default.
What happens when credit runs out?
An agent hands the customer chat to a person with a holding message. Your own assistant over MCP keeps working.
What happens when a payment fails?
The subscription follows Stripe. We re-read it and reconcile every subscribed workspace daily.
Can I change plan mid-cycle?
Yes, in the product. Stripe credits the unused part against the new price. Operations has a minimum contract.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, with its own limits. An unknown plan resolves to Free, never to unlimited.
Do you take promotion codes?
Yes, at checkout. We honor what Stripe records.
Why does Enterprise have no fixed price?
It is negotiated: residency, guardrails written with you, and dedicated support.
One system is enough to decide.
