- What happens when a payment fails?
- The subscription follows Stripe, the source of truth. We re-read it rather than trusting the notification, and reconcile every subscribed workspace daily.
- Can I change plan mid-cycle?
- Yes, through Stripe's billing portal, with Stripe's proration. Your entitlements follow the subscription's price.
- Is there a free tier?
- You can create a workspace and look around without paying. An unknown or absent plan resolves to the free tier, never to unlimited.
- Do you take promotion codes?
- Yes. Enter one at checkout and the discount shows on your subscription. What Stripe records is what we honour.
- Why does Enterprise have no price?
- Because it is negotiated: residency, guardrails written with you, and where the agents run. A number there would be walked back in the first call.
