These terms apply when you create an OnDuty workspace or join one. Last updated 2026-09-01. They have not yet been reviewed by counsel; when they are, the date changes and workspace owners are told.
What the service is
OnDuty reads the systems you connect, keeps a record of what it learns in your workspace, proposes what should happen next, and, where you allow it, executes actions through connectors after a separate decision engine has permitted them. It is a business tool, provided to businesses and the people they authorise.
What you are responsible for
The right to connect a system
You confirm you are allowed to grant OnDuty read access to each source you connect, and that doing so does not break an agreement you have with someone else.
What your agents are allowed to do
The guardrails in your workspace are yours. An action a rule you wrote permitted is an action you authorised.
Your account and your members
Keeping credentials safe, removing people who should no longer have access, and what those people do while they have it.
Your customers' data
You are the controller of the personal data in the systems you connect. We process it on your instructions, as the privacy page describes.
Lawful use
Not using OnDuty to send unlawful messages, to break a platform's terms, or to reach into systems you have no right to read.
What we are responsible for
Running the service as described
The pages on this site describe what is built, what is gated, and what is not done. We do not promise features the site says are not built.
Fail-closed governance
No action executes without a clean permit from the decision engine. If that engine is unreachable, nothing executes. That is the behaviour, not a target.
Your data, yours
We do not sell it, we do not train shared models on it, and you can take it with you or have it deleted as the privacy page describes.
Telling you when something changes
Prices, terms and material changes to data handling are announced to workspace owners by email before they apply.
Billing

| Prices | Read from Stripe at request time and shown on the pricing page. What you see is what your card is charged. |
| Cycles | Monthly or annual. Annual is ten months, so two are free. Both renew until cancelled. |
| Changing plan | Through the billing portal, with proration handled by Stripe. Entitlements follow the subscription's price. |
| Limits | Seats, connected sources and agents are counted from what exists. Reaching a limit answers with a clear message and does not silently drop work. |
| Discounts | A promotion code applies at checkout and shows on your subscription. We honour what Stripe records. |
| Failed payment | The subscription follows Stripe's state. We re-read it rather than trusting a notification, and reconcile daily. |
| Cancellation | Any time, from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods unless the law where you are requires it. |
| Enterprise | Negotiated in writing. Where a signed agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins. |
How it ends

Limits of what we owe each other
OnDuty is provided as described on this site. To the extent the law where you are allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a workspace in any twelve months is limited to what that workspace paid us in those twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Where a consumer protection or data protection law where you are gives you more than this page does, that law applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If we disagree, we talk first, in writing, for thirty days. If that fails, the courts of Bogotá have jurisdiction, unless the law where you are gives you the right to a court closer to you.
